Human RNA-seq Atlas · Overview

Start with the tissue, then follow the evidence.

The primary Human tissue atlas uses in-vivo samples only. Culture-derived systems are retained in a separate In Vitro Atlas, preserving their value without pooling model systems into primary-tissue calculations.

What this page accomplishes

A map into the atlas

Choose the biological tissue first. Each primary tissue workspace follows the same analysis sequence so results remain comparable without losing tissue context.

How to interpret it

Two deliberately separate evidence tracks

Primary tissue pages and their calculations are in-vivo only. The In Vitro Atlas provides culture-only PCA, UMAP, and tissue-of-origin EC enrichment. Interpret results within—not across—those experimental contexts.

Every link opens the corresponding analysis within that tissue.

In Vitro Models

Culture-derived controls organized by intended tissue of origin, analyzed separately from every primary in-vivo tissue calculation.
